Effective 8 September 2026.
Robot Paper LLC ("Robot Paper", "we", "us") runs robotpaper.com, hosts tabletop roleplaying game nights, and publishes games and comics. By using this site or signing up for one of our events, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who can use this
You need to be old enough to agree to these terms where you live. Individual events carry their own age requirements — some are all ages, some are 18+ — and those are listed on each event page. Please respect them; they exist because of venue rules and the content of the games.
Signing up for a game night
Registering for an event reserves you a seat at a table. Seats are limited and allocated first come, first served.
- Please turn up, or tell us if you can't. Tables are small. A no-show is a seat somebody else wanted.
- We may change or cancel an event. Dates, venues and games can move, and occasionally a night is called off entirely. We'll update the event page when that happens.
- Some events are private. Private events are invitation-only and don't take public registrations.
- Venues have their own rules. Most of our game nights happen in bars, shops and convention halls we don't own. Their rules — age, conduct, food and drink, accessibility — are theirs, not ours.
Player accounts — Dungeon Camp
Dungeon Camp is our player area: the place you sign in to see the games you're part of. It's run by Robot Paper LLC, and these terms and our Privacy Policy cover it. If you're reading this because Discord asked whether to let "Dungeon Camp" see your account, that's us.
You can sign in either with a personal link we give you, or by connecting your Discord account.
Treat your personal link like a password. Anyone who has it can see your games. Don't post it publicly or share it with people you wouldn't want reading your registration history. If you think yours has got out, tell us and we'll issue a new one.
If you connect Discord, you're also bound by Discord's own terms. You can ask us to disconnect it at any time.
How to behave
Our tables are meant to be welcoming to strangers. Don't harass other players, don't be a bigot, and don't bring anything to a table that would make someone feel unsafe. The GM has final say at their own table, and we may ask anyone to leave an event, or remove their access to this site, without notice or refund.
Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape or gain unauthorised access to the site, and don't use it to send spam or anything unlawful.
Content
The games, adventures, comics, artwork and writing on this site belong to Robot Paper or to the people we license them from. Our published games are compatible with, but not affiliated with or endorsed by, the systems they name.
Anything you send us — feedback, character details, session notes — you're giving us permission to use for the purpose of running our games. You keep ownership of your own material.
Things we can't promise
The site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be either. To the fullest extent the law allows, Robot Paper LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or attendance at our events, and our total liability is limited to any amount you paid us for the thing that went wrong.
Nothing here limits liability we can't limit by law.
Purchases
Merchandise and books are sold through our separate store, which has its own terms and handles its own payments. We never take payment card details on robotpaper.com.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States.
